Process Safety Management (PSM) Consulting

Beginning with a process safety management program audit, Pinnacle helped identify deficiencies in the client’s existing PSM program and worked to resolve these deficiencies by developing the following; PSM written program, mechanical integrity program, process safety information development & documentation, facility siting study and relief valve design basis calculation/documentation. Pinnacle also consulted with the client to update templates to PSM documents like MOC, PSSR, and Incident Investigation Forms. Pinnacle has also facilitated multiple process hazard analyses for this client. The final result was a fully functioning and OSHA compliant PSM program. Pinnacle continues to consult with this client on additional process safety initiatives as they arise.
